"We checked out to catch a flight before 5am!"

"The whole reason I chose to stay here after my flight was canceled was because of the airport shuttle. I waited over 30 minutes at the airport for the shell to arrive in the next morning, when I was scheduled to take the first shuttle at 4 AM, we were informed by the front desk person at 4:02 AM that the driver had called off and the manager was trying to set up an Uber to get us to the airport. A short while later, she informed us that a driver who lived near the hotel was going to throw on some clothes and come pick us up. Knowing that would take too long and I was going to miss my flight, I booked my own Uber, which cost more than $30 in order to make my flight on time. I’m very disappointed "

"Interiors were completely remodeled and nice"

"The only good thing I can say about this location at least is that they accept pets for free, but all red roof inn’s do. This was a travesty. The receptionist at the desk was drunk and he kept talking politics with us. There were people staying next door who had people going in and out of their room all night and screaming. Not to mention I woke up covered head to toe in bed bug bites. This place is wretched and if I get offered any type of a compensation it better be a full refund, I refuse to stay at a red roof again. Absolutely horrendous"

"When booking my room the option for breakfast was never offer, yet when we stepped foot near the dining area we were demanded to show our breakfast card, like I said we were unaware so it would be an additional $20 per guest to have breakfast daily! Only 2 towels left in room yet 4 guest, each day we had to ask for towel, and 2 times there were no towels, they gave my wife a stack of hand towels. Tv went out in room, maintenance came to look at it. 7 hours later still no tv when asked about it they said it would be a couple more hours. Next day woke up to still no tv and front desk said it would a few more hours. Very strange that they blame tv provider yet lobby had tv and several of the rooms on our floor did as well! All these concerns were brought to the front desk but no help was given!! Very disappointing stay"

"The room needed all of the lamp lights changed and bathroom tub faucet leaked. The side of the refrigerator needed cleaning. This room was definitely not worth $170 at all!!!!"

"This is not a doubletree quality hotel. Poor breakfast options, room is not clean. Overall low quality "

"It was a cheap place for the night. Neighborhood is dirty but we didn't have any problems. "
