"Wir hatten im La Maison in Houston eine super Zeit. Nicht nur, dass das Zimmer und Bad super sauber und bequem waren, wir haben auch jeden späten Nachmittag die Zeit genossen, bei complimentary Wein, etc. mit anderen Gästen und den anwesenden Eigentümern zu über verschiedenste Themen zu reden bzw. auch unsere Fragen rund um Öffi-Verbindungen, etc. beantwortet zu bekommen"

"The bed was very comfortable. The hotel needs to address the following: The shower isn’t safe . There are no grab bars. The tv doesn’t work because it takes forever to “load” when you hit guide. Soooo slow! Needed another garbage can in the bathroom. No bag to stash our dirty clothes. No mouthwash. Very dark hallways that are hard to walk in. Lighting in the room was insufficient. The bread choices in the restaurant were boring and we had to ask for salt and pepper 2 times. Our omelette...

"Out of six elevators which enable us to go to the swimming pool, only one was working during the four days of our stay. We had to wait several time 20 minutes (!) to go up, as only few times the elevator was coming, and most of the time it came full of people. The waiting time for elevators is a big problem in that hotel."

"Super clean. They change out the mats on the elevators based on the time of day. Very detailed. Beautiful designs throughout the hotel. Perfect stay."

"Valet and cleaning staff are awesome!"

"Valet was a bit pricy- charged per night and not per car. Times we were told our car would be ready in 10min, but waited 20-30min. House keeping never came to our room. So I had to get towels, and ask for trash bags to be picked up. Other than that, wasn’t too bad."

"the hotel seemed dated, the staff was wonderful especially the bellmen and housekeepers. the noise from outside the hotel was borderline unacceptable and I was on the 11th floor. I had to double check the window to see if it was open at first. "

"When I pulled up it was bums outside sleeping. Look like a run down motel 6. Not safe for a single woman to be staying. I asked the staff to charge me for one night and refund the other days. They would not. Refused to refund me."
