"Probably the best location possible in Como, literally right across the street from the ferries. Rooms do not have coffee makers. Internet did not work in our room, even after having the it guy come to our room. TV’s in room are very small."

"To start with, the bed wasn’t comfortable or clean at all. The washer and dryer were not working and were not even inside the suite as mentioned on the website. The place was also extremely cold, and the thermostat was not working properly since it stayed at the same temperature the entire time."
