"The staff were all very friendly and were able to accommodate a late check-in and check-out very smoothly. The space is very spacious, with a large bathroom which had lots of counter space which is rare to find at this price! Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the como area as it is located so close to the port and all the restaurants and shops! Bonus points for having a diffuser attachment on the hairdryer as a curly girl who was in need of one!"

"Posizione davvero eccezionale, a due passi dal centro storico e comodissima per muoversi a piedi. L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente ed è in ottime condizioni, con spazi ben organizzati e dotazioni adatte anche a una famiglia con una bambina piccola.
La pulizia non era impeccabile in ogni dettaglio, ma comunque decisamente superiore alla media. Il self check-in, così come il ritiro e la riconsegna delle chiavi presso un deposito bagagli situato sulla stessa via dell’appartamento,...

"Pros- very helpful staff, excellent location, clean rooms. Elena on reception staff was excellent at helping with transport and advising on local points of interest, concierge Arriana was excellent at giving tips on local points of interest.
Cons- no milk given in the rooms, kettle would be better than nespresso machine for tea drinkers.
Overall a very pleasant stay with only minor recommendations. Staff cannot be faulted- they were amazing."

"Amazing 4 night stay at the MÍMESIS 11. My girlfriend and I stayed here in June during the strong heatwave and this hotel was perfectly located. It's literally outside the ferry return stop and has a handful of bars and restaurants on the door step.
Possibly the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Lovely breakfast and the most helpful staff.
The only minor negative was that the air conditioning is controlled by reception and ours had a fault during our stay, which meant it was a little...
