"Front desk manager not welcoming & not a smile when we arrived to check-in. When asked for directions around the property for a stroll, he didn’t know. But his staff Fiona & Ruby were helpful & friendly. Room was labelled renovated but it wasn’t. Had a damp smell as we entered it. Ceiling had a big water stain. Carpet yucky & had a ripped along the bedside. Swimming pool under construction. Breakfast was decent with hot food. "

"The view of the hotel was fantastic. Our room was clean and staffs were friendly. We wish there is an elevator. Getting up and down could be challenging for some people such as seniors. "

"The property was in a convenient location with good parking. The staff were friendly and efficient at check in. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but we could have used a warmer blanket, There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee. The room smelled strongly of air freshener or a cleaning solution. Overall we were happy with the property and would likely stay there again. "

"The room was excellent as usual the only problem I had with the stay is that nobody reached out to me to give me instructions on how to get my room key after hours and the bath mat for the tub needed to be replaced it felt like I was standing on a porcupine "

"Overall a decent hotel. More geared towards family as far as relaxing goes. Not really for a relaxing getaway, could be because it was spring break and the waterslide attracts the kids! "
