"We had booked 2 apartments for 2 famies of 8 people and arrived really early due to the way our train was scheduled - check-in time is 3 pm and we arrived 9:30 am, seeing how tired we were and given our apartments aren't ready (people need to check out before they can prepare the apartments for us) the two ladies at the reception ikram and iftisum - arranged for another apartment where we can rest until our apartments are ready- I just don't take this type of amazing service for granted. what an...

"Excellent service by a very courteous staff. Breakfasts are the highlight of the hotel, with great options for everybody and a very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms spacious and clean. Everything was great, except the restaurant food, which was unremarkable and ery different than the breakfast service. "

"Appartement conforme aux photos Assez confortable dans l’ensemble. Il faut néanmoins préciser que c’est un appartement en plein de centre-ville et donc extrêmement bruyant. Et il nous a aussi manquait un micro onde et avec un bébé c’était plus que nécessaire. "

Got lots of rest, the staff were great, dinner was delicious, and even though we were leaving very early in the morning, quite some time before breakfast would be open, they set up a table with lots of food so we wouldn't leave on an empty stomach.
