"Amazing stay from the minute we got there to the minute we left"

"Our second time staying here, love the space which you get with an apartment with excellent bathroom facilities. The pool area is great with plenty of plants and grass to break up the sun beds. The restaurant is also lovely. The gym is a good size too, it would however benefit from some more equipment."

"Rooms were clean. Air conditioning shuts off during the day to conserve energy however takes a couple hours to cool the room when returning."

"A good place to stay in Funchal away from the centre. The pool is very nice & the buffet breakfast has a lot of options. The beds are hard but this seems typical of Madeira. Our room was a bit untidy but again we had experienced this elsewhere too. The staff don’t really share a lot of information for example you can’t open your balcony door as it shuts off the air-conditioning or you need your key to actually exit the garage on checkout or you’re trapped in the garage. "Loved the location and views from room 310! 2 balconies and very roomy. Will definitely stay there again. Loved breakfast and dinner buffets and sitting on terrace overlooking ocean. Loved piano music. The only negative is the parking. We did find good spots close by and once parked in very very tight parking garage that only has 6 spaces. Overall one of the best places we have ever stayed."

"Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Ortsteil Sao Martinho von Funchal. Sehr gut geeignet für Ausflüge über die Insel. Die Anlage besteht aus 3 Hotels, deren gemeinsame Außenanlagen (Pools, Gym, Bars, Restaurants) von allen Gästen genutzt werden können. Die Außenanlage war wunderschön angelegt und gepflegt. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite, die groß und sehr gut eingerichtet war. Alles war sauber und heil. Leider hatten wir keinen Gartenblick, sondern direkten Meerblick, der allerdings über einen großen...

"The room we were allocated was spacious (living room with well equipped kitchen unit, bedroom, bath and terrace). All well furnished and equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast and dinner were good. The grounds surrounding are mature and beautifully kept. The swimming pools and bars are very relaxing. Indoor pool and gym also. Musical entertainment every evening in a relaxed setting with the bar."

"Leider sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Während meines Aufenthalts gab es regelmäßig extrem laute Bau- und Stemmarbeiten im Hotel, wodurch ich mehrfach früh morgens geweckt wurde. Über diese Arbeiten wurde vor der Buchung nicht informiert. Erholung war dadurch kaum möglich. Schade, denn ansonsten wäre das Hotel in Ordnung gewesen."
