One thing I really liked was that they have a restaurant connected to or near the hotel that also offers room service, which was a great convenience and a nice add-on during the stay. "Beds were amazing! So comfortable. We were just there for a few hours to catch a bit of sleep before our early morning flight. Staff were helpful with where to buy souvenirs and for catching the shuttle so early in the morning to the airport. We left so early that we couldnt enjoy the breakfast but the front desk sent us off with breakfast bags to go with fruit, snacks and juice boxes in them. A nice touch for the morning!"

"When I checked in, I was advised not to walk outside alone after dark. It is just too dangerous., The glass doors going into the lobby were locked in the evening and early morning. After two days into a six day stay, I found that I was missing $400 in US Dollars and Costa Rican Colones from my room safe. I spoke to the hotel and casino manager and his security chief.
