This is just a decent place to spend the night. The check-in process was via a virtual agent and not a real person, which took more time, and I was locked out of my room the next morning with a keycard that didn't work - the process to re-activate the card took far too long. Room smelled slightly of cigarette smoke. But the price is affordable and the location is convenient. I just wish the customer service had been better the room was a bit better maintained.

I have never been ever in a worse maintained motel room. I think every other “guest” was a homeless person stuck at that motel.

The hotel provided only three pieces of soap for handwashing. There was no shampoo or shower soap provided. There is no water bottle. The towels were also old and noticeably worn out. There was no front desk or staff readily available to assist with service requests. No need to mention that phone is not working. Overall, this felt like a very basic, bare-minimum place with virtually no amenities.

The towels were terribly thin, only bars of soap, no hair dryer, a coffee machine but no coffee, and no rollaway bed. The staff new little English.

I was a little disappointed in the parking lot and some of the people that obviously live there long-term. I think that if you have people that live there, you should put them on the ends and not in the middle where you have to pass by them to get to your room. They have their lawn chairs outside grills outside and some tweakers walking around the parking lot. I did not feel safe there.

I really enjoyed my stay the staff was extremely nice and helpful and polite and I was able to have my cat and I would highly recommend this facility

Pretty sure they are being subsidized by the state to double as a homeless shelter. Lots of comings and goings at all hours and folks wandering around like they don't know what planet they're on. Not a great experience, definetly not a place to bring family.

I stayed for 2 weeks the phone didn't work , housekeeping had to be told to change sheets ,only cleaned bathroom 1x, no dog waste station dog feces all over area, had a tweaker try to come in my room banging on window and open door ....and only got 35 of 100$ deposit back ....would never stay there or recommend staying there
