"The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha."

I told them so would be very late and asked if I needed to call to confirm I was coming if it got past a certain time. I was told no, any time would be fine. "Really neat eclectic B&B in midtown Chicago. Very friendly and accessible staff, very clean, and quiet. Breakfast is usual fare but preparation and ingredients are excellent. I do wish they had breakfast potatoes as an option on their menu though. Bed is very comfy but room and BR are a little cramped. "

"The staff was nice and available as advertised but the entire place does not have nearly enough good qualities to make up for the fact that the rooms are disgusting. It seemed fine enough on the surface until we checked the floors and mattress. The floors weren't even swept and the mattress itself looked like it was borrowed from a dumpster behind a brothel- stained and smelly. There were also clusters of black dots in all corners of the mattress just under the sheets which looked like bed bugs...

"Stay away. Airplanes are a constants flying over and beds were awful. I am allergic to cats and had a sore throat until we left. No tv the whole visit. Front desk guy dint give me a parking pass when I checked in. I would’ve been towed if I had not seen it on others cars. This was just a cash grab for the owners. I guess decently clean. Room bathroom reeked of smoke. "

"Im not sure if the hospital/mental health unit or homeless shelter used the hotel but it was filled with drugged out and/odd people with hospital bracelets on. We were thankfully just there to sleep and fly out quick became it was sketchy. There was a guy screaming about he was "trippin" and locked himself out of his room with nightmares. At breakfast there was a mand with boots and a trenchcoat only. There were people wondering thru the parking lot. It was absolutely crazy"

"The Internet was good. The room was kind of dirty though. There was black smudge marks and some other sort on the frame of the bathroom door. The shower curtain rings are rusting and hard to close the curtain smoothly,there was an excessive amount of dust piled up In the corners and under the side tables as well as in the eating area on the ledges. Also I feel like the price of parking should be discussed when people inquire inside about it especially instead of finding out the day you leave how...

"The Shuttle stops at 10pm. They do not have a elevator so you will need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs if you are on the 2nd floor. The night desk lady very nice. "

"Elevator extremely slow. Sometimes a 5 minute wait. Breakfast buffet food was cold although sold as a hot breakfast. Same drink glass I left on table at 6 pm was still there at 8 am. "
