Room cleaners did a great job
Staff at the front desk have no manners and lack client service esp the lady who checked us out - didn’t even greet properly or make eye contact.
Workers at the bell room for bag are not at all client friendly.
Overall the facility was ok
Staff needs lots of training on their inter personal skills. I rate them 2/10.
Also there was no flower vase or anything in the front lobby to brighten up the area.
Food at the Library bar was great but I have some suggestions for improvement.
You need people like me to train your staff. You need to change the work culture. In this world of growing competition service differentiating and by making few changes Sheraton can lead the market atleast in New York. It’s at a great location."
