"I originally emailed the hotel to let them know I had an early morning arrival. They confirmed 3 weeks before I was supposed to arrive. Then on the night before I was arriving I received an email from the hotel asking me if I was going to show up a few hours after checkin around 3p. I emailed the hotel asking them to check the previous notes that were entered about my morning arrival. I never received any responses from them. It added a ton of extra stress to my trip.
