"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They help us find transit to take us to the airport rather than booking an uber and pay a higher amount. The hotel is clean and close to shops and train stations."

Upon return at 3 told room was being checked by manager and to have a seat in lobby and would be notified as soon as available. Waited half hour upon returning to desk told room now ready. Questioned how long I would have waited before let me know. Told hotel manager would call me, of course he never did"
