"Great location by Tines Square and Broadway. Good places to eat and drink. Rooms are nice but small, real small. Bathroom has a sliding door that barely covers doorway so no privacy. Could hear everything on street despite being on 17th floor. Expected a little better for the money."

"Hotel was good. But for $1000 a night at a hotel in NYC mid September and having no hand soap in the bathroom is what threw me off. I’ve stayed at other hotels in NYC that was a fraction of this price and had these basic things. But overall, hotel service, location, staff, cleanliness was good. 4/5 hotel"

"The staff was good as well as cleanliness and overall experience. What could’ve been better was to have a queen size bed instead of two smaller twin beds. The restaurant menu was good. However a more varied selection would be great. The bar menu was also a little bit limiting. But I recommend the place."

"i booked here when i came to visit one of my friends in hell’s kitchen. hotel is in a good area nearby lots of great food and times square. the hotel staff was also very kind and helpful and housekeeping was amazing!! i loved coming back from exploring NYC to a clean room :)"
