"The hotel is very nice and modern. Check-in was a little delayed, but the hotel did good by us by extending a late check-out on our departure day to make up for the delay. "A great location for a traveler visiting NY. I travel alone and the staff was super helpful. Delivered a fridge and blanket in minutes upon my request. Gym is great asset but was just sad there was no furniture up on the terrace. Promoted as an asset and would be a nice spot for morning coffee or afternoon wine. I went up anyway but no place to sit. Love that the windows open! Rare in a big city."
