"stunning room—design, style, views (wow!!!!), comfort, cleanliness. the hotel is an an amazing location—safe, so close to metro, buses, shops, restaurants. A very hip place in a a very hip location. Most gorgeous place I’ve ever stayed. We couldn’t have been more pleased. "

"All staff members were friendly and helpful at all times - front desk, Elijah, helped make checking in easy and effortless; Housekeeping staff were always pleasant and accommodating - since we always had the "Do Not Disturb" sign out, then would inquire as we left our room if we needed anything - even when other visitors left their food & trash spread out on the floor fronting elevators, the staff cleaned it immediately; Glad there were the Elevator Doormen who checked to make sure only guests...

"Room was excellent; clean, spacious and very comfortable. Staff was friendly, professional and courteous. Hotel has a great lobby with bar and location is excellent, close to theaters, dining, Times Square and the piers. Highly recommend. Our fourth time there. "

"The hotel itself and room was amazing! The staff was always friendly and accommodating. Very nice, clean and up to date hotel. The restaurant that is in the hotel downstairs isn’t actually part of the hotel so it isn’t available for room service. We did attempt to go there but the menu was so small and honestly did not have something each of our family members would eat. My mother ate there once and had a burger.
