"For a 'budget' hotel it wasn't bad. The staff was all nice, better than staff at more expensive hotels I've stayed at in NYC. We were able to save money because they were able to hold our luggage before check-in and after we checked-out. We were even able to check-in early unprompted. I like there was a fridge and microwave for treats and leftovers. The location was very convenient. No hidden "amenities' fees. The only issue I had was the hotel elevator might be busy at peak hours but the wait want that bad. I would stay here again"
