"Room was not clean..three elevators were not working in a packed hotel. Charged me wrong amount still working on that error!"

"For the price and the fact that it was beach side, the expectation was high but if you go into it with no expectations, this room and hotel will meet your needs. The room needed some work, bathroom faucet was coming out of the sink itself, but no actual plumbing problems so if you can look past the cosmetic flaws then everything else was satisfactory. Spent most time on the beach anyway. I had a service dog with me and they were super accommodating for him, they didn’t give me any hastle about it and even waived the pet fee so I am very pleased with the staff. Compared to other hotels in the beach, the price was fair enough and again, room flaws were easily ignored cuz we were on the beach most of the time anyway. I would recommend this hotel for sure."

"Paid for breakfast at booking...waitress charged me for grits and juice....don't pre-purchase the breakfast. I'm an IHG member...booked on Expedia...they will not give you your points. If you don't turn your wrist band back in they charge you $5.00...IHG makes up resort charges out of the thin air.....be careful!!!!!"

"No TV remote in the room, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. For $300 a night, this is completely unacceptable. I ended up having to go to a nearby Walmart to buy my own remote because no one made any effort to resolve the issue. What a shame—this shows a serious lack of customer service."
