"This was one of the cutest b&b I have stayed at, conveniently located next to the airport. The room was extremely clean and the bathroom was modern. The host was friendly and communicative and the pastries and coffee at breakfast were excellent. "

"I would not stay here again. It is inconvenient that there’s no staff onsite after 5p. The room itself is pretty but that’s about the only plus. The bath towels are large, which I appreciate. The included breakfast was delicious. Otherwise I didn’t enjoy my stay. The rooms are hot with no air circulation. You cannot use the air con during the “winter” so the room is hot and stuffy, the bathroom is even worse. We had to sleep with the windows open and it’s very loud outside. Someone was doing...

"Very easy check-in procedure. Good location in the old town with walking distance. A lot of restaurants just around the corner. Friendly staff that sent an email of recommended locations for breakfast/lunch/dinner. All in all, perfect for an overnight stay for a family. "

"Booked last minute for my daughter that was traveling to Portofino from Florence and lost the train connection at 11:30 pm in Pisa. The hotel is conveniently located walking distance from the train station. It is clean, 24 hr. Checking and friendly staff. Also it has a Café in the property. The girls spent the night super comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"We arrived around 7 pm and were warmly greeted by front desk staff. Our room was exactly as pictured and very nicely appointed. We woke up to beautiful sunshine through the large windows and birds singing. The perfect way to wake up on our first morning in Italy! Highly recommend this hotel. Very walkable to the tower as well as many cafes/restaurants. Staff was again very helpful at checkout with securing a taxi for us. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others."

"Overall the hotel was good. I stayed for New Years night. Although the staff left early & I checked in late around 8:30 pm they were very communicative and their instructions were very detailed and helpful. It is very very close to the leaning tower of Pisa it was literally on the same street & a 5 minute walk. The only slight thing I didn't expect is the room was smaller than I thought (not that big of a deal). It was quite expensive but I believe cause it was New Years night. They did provide...

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"
