"This hotel is very conveniently located next to sky train for easy access to the airport. It is clean. Has very friendly staff. Nice bar. Delicious food. Love the outdoor patio. Even though it’s very loud with planes departing every 5 minutes, it was a beautiful warm and pleasant evening. Would definitely stay here again "

"Overall, our stay was good. The location was convenient, and the price was very reasonable for the area. The only issue we experienced was with the availability of towels and washcloths. We had three guests in our room (originally booked for four), but were only provided three towels and two washcloths on the first night. When we requested additional linens, we were told none were available. The following morning, we asked again and received one additional washcloth, but the shortage continued...

"You can tell this property is high traffic with high traffic. It’s harder to maintain. The staff was nice helpful and everything was picked up and clean. However, there were some maintenance things that needs to be addressed in the room. The shuttle was prompt and courteous."

"The property and our stay was really nice. Rosie at the front desk helped us check in early and was very helpful throughout our stay. One small thing that was disappointing was that the pool was closed during our stay. We also did not get housekeeping. When they came, we asked that they come back the next day at noon and when we returned to our room, we saw that housekeeping had not come. "I had to get switched to another room due to the rust inside of the shower, bathroom wall, and floor dirty. The next room I went into was not clean. The floor in the bathroom on side of the sink was very dirty. The cabinets were dusty by the refrigerator. The refrigerator didn’t really get cold. The cabinet in the bathroom were missing handles."
