"My AC in the room did not work, tired to contact the front desk no one available. Reported it to the front desk upon discharge. I put a deposit of $150 incidentals once I checked out my card was charged 101,950.00. I contacted the hotel they were apologetic and advise they remove the the incorrect charge and refund the $150 and the $102.00 for the stay. As per the hotel they were contacted Expedia to advise about refund. It was a stressful as I was flying back home on Sunday and couldn't use my card because it was locked and credit union does not operate on the weekends. "
