"I don’t know what the negative reviews are about but I had a great stay. Check in and staff interaction was great. I bring my own cleaning products and there wasn’t a single bit of dirt debris on my cloths that I used to clean the surfaces. Bed was comfortable. It was affordable, no complaints at all."

"We were a couple breaking a long drive overnight in Stamford. Cost, registration and checkout were easily accomplished. The Stamford Diner on the property had excellent food. That was a plus. Worst feature was two small sets of steps to gain access to the elevators. Difficult to negotiate with luggage and when you are elderly. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"The staff is amazing. The hotel is clean and have a nice location. Free parking is a plus."

"The pictures online really don't do this place justice. The atrium had almost a Caribbean vibe with lush plants and bright sunlight. There is ample seating so you can always find a spot that feels quiet to sip a cappuccino from the cafe or a glass of wine from the bar. The receptionists could look and act less miserable but the rest of the hotel staff is welcoming and attentive. The room facing the atrium is well worth it. Just don't get dressed with only the sheer curtains closed at night...

"I would highly recommend staying at The Norwalk Inn! When we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating, we quickly checked into our room and went to take advantage of the beautiful pool!! After swimming we had a lovely meal at the restaurant in the hotel ( Adams Rib) We asked the attendant at the front desk for a recommendation for dessert and we were not disappointed!
