"The hotel manager, Jheneel is one the the BEST staffs I have even seen. She knows how to take care of customers. I met her at our first time staying and she was so smart to realize that we were cold and offer to bring us blankets. As a returned customer, we luckily met her while checking in and she gave us a very warm welcome “benefit” that makes us feel like home. This hotel will always be on our sweet hotel list. "I hated our time at the Armon. They had a large Jewish wedding get together and limited access really to only our rooms and said the Jewish congregation reserved basically the entire hotel. If this was going to be the case they should have warned us and told us to book at a different hotel."

"I was moved 3 times in less than 8 hours and none of the rooms were up to par. The first one, a king bed with sleep sofa seemed great, but the door would not lock. I was moved to another room with the same bed etc. That room smelled like stale cigarette smoke despite the no smoking policy. I then went back to my original room because I was told the lock was fixed. Great! Except when I attempted to get into my room later that evening, I was locked out. The lock did not work, again. "Would recommend to anyone looking for an upscale hotel with an upscale restaurant. Every since staff member was friendly and provided exceptional service. Was never made to feel out of place or looked down on being surrounded by wealthy people or having a retired pro baseball star in the lounge chair next to me. Lol...One of my top 3 hotel experiences."
