"Clean room, staff were very friendly and helpful. Need bigger trash cans in your rooms. The air conditioning worked great. Our tv had two channels. One was frozen, and was fuzzy. There were no toiletries available except a bar of soap. The sauna needs replaced or fixed because the jets weren’t working properly. Our was great otherwise."

"The staff at the check in desk were courteous and helpful. The appearance of out side of the property was good and the appearance of lobby and Breakfast area was excellent with big screen TV. Overall the ambience was overwhelming from the time you walked in the front door. The room was clean and in good shape. It had a closet space to hang your clothes and Ironing board. The bathroom had Hair dryer and coffee Machine. The room floor had Carpet wall to wall and the bathroom floor the tile was in excellent condition."

"The town of Connersville had experienced flooding from the Whitewater River on August 13th and homes and businesses were damaged. This hotel was housing some homeless seniors until the flood damage was rectified. This is not a brand new facility with amenities, but the nicest in town. Our room was clean and the bed linens were fresh and the beds comfortable. Our room had been updated but some on the 2nd floor had not."

"Upgraded hotel (4 years ago) and very friendly staff. Room was very clean and modern and gym was fully set up with all equipment you would need. Breakfast was good and provided several options. Would stay there again."
