I loved the staff as they were fast friendly and knowledgeable about becoming a member and check in etc. it was disappointing to go into the room and find used water bottles under the bed and food wrappers under the sofa. The cleaning lady accidentally left her check off sheet and had actually checked all areas as clean.

We had a great night until we discovered the shell of a bed bug on my husbands shoulder in the morning. We searched the sheets and mattress but found no other signs of bed bugs. As soon as we got home we used rubbing alchol to wipe all our shoes belts luggage and all wipe able items that we had in the room. All clothing items we put in the dryer on high for 3 hours. Just in case.
