There was no hot water unless you ran for 5 minutes and then wasnt good for the price you pay for a room a night. Staff at front dest was nice. You have to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to them to check in from departure area. "

"This was a place to sleep after a late flight for us. No interaction with staff. Room was very good, clean, quiet. Keurig coffee and a muffin and yougurt for breakfast. Would stay again."

"While this hotel is older, it has undergone some renos recently, but there is def more that can be done on finishes, doors, etc. My biggest complaints would be how low the toilet was to the floor...for anyone who has mobility issues this will be a problem. There are also no grab handles anywhere in the bathroom. The beds were comfy, the food was great. The staff that we interacred with were friendly and helpful. "

"Overall a decent hotel, and grateful for a kitchen due to traveling with celiac. Bed was comfy and pull out wasn't too bad, pillows were not great however. The TVs were outdated and didn't allow streaming using my accounts so this was very disappointing. Breakfast was good, although my husband tried more than me due to being gluten free. "

"This place is amazing! Clean, up to date, secluded and contactless check in was easy! If we needed anything the Flowedge team was only a text away. If you enjoy spending time with your partner, this is the perfect get away. From the quaint little kitchen, beautiful bathroom, coziness of the fireplace to endless nights of stargazing through the huge dome window, from the comfort of the king size bed, this place was everything and more than we had expected!"
