"The room was clean but it had a sanitation smell like bleach. The AC in the room did not stay cold. It was hard to sleep bc it humid and hot. It was rowdy when we got there. The staff and some other customers were having a disagreement about their stay. We did not stay our two nights. We left a day early."

"We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Conroe, Texas. The hotel was nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. One thing we really appreciated was that they kept towels available at the pool, which was very convenient and a thoughtful touch.
