"When i arrived at the hotel it was pouring rain, doors were locked and a lady sat at the desk on her phone. I rang the bell several times and she didnt even acknowledge my presence. After approximately 5 minutes she finally did come to window. At checkout at 11:00am, i went to office to turn room keys in and check out, again door locked, no one ever came to door or window so i had to leave key on window edge. Also i had call the office for Wi-Fi password however i was never able to get on wifi. ...
