"Overall we enjoyed the resort but the elevators & coffee bar were each a nightmare. Both were excruciatingly long waits, and the coffee ( blk, nothing fancy) was cold by the time we got it 30 miss later."

"The hotel is being refurbished. The pool had no water in it etc. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bar and restaurant were solid but the front desk staff gave me a much smaller room with only one bed. When I showed them that I actually booked and paid for a two queen bed room ..."
