"Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic.
Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. On top of that, the hair dryer in my room didn’t work.

"Det var svært at gennemskue parkeringsforhold og personalet var alt andet en behjælpelig. Fik afvide at personale at de ikke selv havde bil så de kunne desværre ikke rådgive om parkeringen på gaden foran hotellet. Man burde som hotel personale kunne give information om hvordan parkeringsforhold fungerer når der er oplyst som en del af hotellets facilitet. Derudover havde vi booket 2 værelser og kom med 3 børn. Først vidste personalet ikke at der var to værelse på vores booking og gav os kun...

"If I were able to give 10 I would. BRAVO BEST WESTERN for not deviating from your excellent standards across Europe. Each and every BW we stayed in had the same excellence.
Here are the hilites for this hotel:
-Friendly, multilingual and very responsive, superbly considerate and kind staff. Tremendously welcoming Reception. Helpful and collaborative would be an understatement.
- Extremely close to the train station, 5 mins tops!

"Hands down, the best property I stayed at during my entire European trip! I stayed in the newly renovated tower, and everything felt modern, fresh, and beautifully maintained. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wonderful variety of options to start the day.
An outstanding experience from start to finish. 100% recommended! I would definitely stay here again!"
