"We used this property after a two week trip around France and western Germany for a one night stop before hitting Cite Europe in Calais. We were very pleasantly surprised at its convenience. We did stay on a Sunday which of course means that a lot of restaurants are closed, however the staff recommended a local establishment in the adjacent retail park called Lencart which is a make your own pizza and pasta place. "Check-in process was difficult as reception closes at 6;30 pm. We were unaware of this and the instructions for accessing the property after that hour were not clearly indicated. We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day. "Good location, wonderful staff, room was nice. The toilet room without ventilation was smelly. I realize this is common to have the toilet separate, but it was a worse smell here for some reason. Everything else was great."

"Staff were able to get me checked in early graciously and were able to store my luggage. Breakfast does consist of cold food like fruit, yogurt as well as eggs, sausages, bread, croissants, spreads. Coffee and juices as well. Minimal but enough."

"We stopped here for one night to break up the drive on the way back from Disneyland. I wish we hadn't. Crucially, the air conditioning didn't work which made getting a good night's sleep very difficult. In general, the hotel is very run down and needs urgent renovations. Breakfast was ok."
