Hotel dekat Museum Seni Kontemporer St. Louis

"Don’t try to sleep in past 8 am. Apparently it’s completely acceptable for staff to come bang on your hotel room several hours before check out and then just let themselves in. No explanation or anything. Even had the do not disturb sign on the door. I reported the incident to the hotel and got 0 response. We checked out and won’t be back after the uneasy experience."

"This was a beautiful hotel. We did not realize until too late that check-in times were limited. And we really missed having a fridge in our room. The manager did let us use the fridge in the upstairs lounge but that was shared with another group of people."

"Location was great, art was fun, loved the little coffee shop (Mike at the coffee shop especially was great so kind!) and the basement sauna. Hot tub was closed while I was there, the chocolates served in the room were old tasting and at check-in I watched the front desk give the couple ahead of me great customer service and then received really mid service in comparison. I would stay here again but those little things were off."

"We stayed here for the walking distance to Chaifetz Arena, and the location was perfect. The room was clean and nice, and the bed was comfortable. The downside was the staff. They seemed friendlier to other guests than to us. Breakfast is cooked to order instead of self-serve, and the staff member working seemed irritated that we were waiting. My husband was upset with how we were treated. Great rooms and location, but the service needs work."

"Front desk staff was very helpful in answering question about the property and surrounding area!"

"Very clean and nicely furnished rooms. Lobby was slightly underwhelming but overall we had a very comfortable stay!"

"Very clean, loved the layout of the hotel. Great staff, front desk was amazing. Room was nice. The fridge is basically worthless, taking 8 to 12 ours to cool"

"Very helpful staff, free parking, breakfast included. Great location for the zoo or city museum."

"Parking was a bit confusing."

"Very spacious clean old house apartments"

"Tout était parfait !"

"The place was out of business and I was never even informed. It caused for major disappointment from all parties!"
