"Found hair in the shower, which was totally gross and not sanitary at all. To make matters worse, there wasn't even a complimentary breakfast, which is a bummer. The staff seemed pretty checked out, I even saw one of them sleeping! Definitely not the experience I was hoping for."

"Don't book this location. The property is currently under construction. Pool and hot tub were closed. There was no breakfast. The first room we were assigned had no functioning light in bathroom or the vanity area. In the next room that they assigned us, the toilet was not properly attached to the floor and rocked forward when you sat down. In the night I noticed leakage around the toilet. It was half way across the floor in front of toilet and reached the tub. Don't know if it was sewage...
