"Checking in was fast and easy. No issues. The room (Handicap Accessible) was not good..Water didn't work in the sink, ice bucket was filthy, bed was terribly uncomfortable-(could feel the springs in the mattress)hair left on the bathroom floor, toilet seat loose, hand held shower head was Filthy, no drain stop for tub, breakfast "buffet" was a regular complimentary breakfast with rubbery fried eggs and cheap sausage links added, and as I was walking up to the desk to check out-with my registered...

"Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, check in was quick. There was a hole in the ceiling above the shower like something was falling through from up above, but the price reflected imperfection, and that was the only imperfection I noticed. I’d stay there again. It was good for the price."

The layout with a wide desk with frosted glass acting as a room divider between the bed and comfortable sofa was well planned. "I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...
