"Rooms are clean hotel was clean water pressure was amazing in the shower wish I could get that at home evening staff was a lot more helpful and nice than the morning breakfast staff Morning person made you feel like it was a bother that the food was gone when the buffet had only been open for a half hour. She had to make more food seem to be a bother. Once food was put out food was okay kitchen is clean. Think bread and bagels could have been fresher."

"The place was clean and breakfast fairly decent. We booked 2 queen sized beds. On check in we were given a queen bed and a couch with a pullout bed. I pointed out the discrepancy and the hotel staff blamed it on the app-saying that 3rd party companies simply searches for an empty room, not what is advertised. Neither the app nor the hotel would honor the agreed upon room, both blamed each other. I will no longer use apps but I also blame the hotel. If they know this is happening, they...

"This is a great location, and they keep everything clean, the staff is super helpful. My reason to leave 4 stars is that my room, in one of the outside cabins was slanted, specially in the bathroom area, that was tricky after a while"

"The staff was great the rooms were clean. Breakfast was good but I would have liked scrambled eggs but over all good. Beds were a little uncomfortable but aren't all hotel rooms."

"I can say that the beds and pillows were comfortable but………. Missing light sconce in bathroom. And only one small garbage can in the room which is odd. The bedside table in the middle of the beds looked like someone spilled some liquid down the side that was very noticeable and not cleaned prior and carpets seemed sticky . Also items were left in the refrigerator. All in all we only stayed for one night but for $225 a night I will look elsewhere next time we’re in the area….."

"Worn out facility with poor amenities."

"The elevator is broke and has been since last October. Had to drag my cooler from the beach amoung other thimgs, up 2 flights of stairs. The TV had two remotes and initially was a challenge to operate. The person who checked us in didn't mention the broken elevator and didn't give any times for the breakfast. Just handed me the key card, stated the room number...and that was it."

"Upon arrival, the staff greeted us and showed us to our room right away. The room was clean matched the description exactly. We enjoyed a prepared breakfast that was great. Hope to go back again soon."
