"The elevator of this 3 story property was out of order. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre. And coffee was not available after breakfast hours. There was an undisclosed parking fee of $10 per day that showed up on our bill. We were never told us of the parking nor were we ever asked if we even had a car. "

"The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. We had a shower curtain that could not keep the water in the space. Water flowed on to the bathroom floor making it slippery. The property is soothing and tropical. There is no elevator to the second floor. "

"The Sential has long term tenants. It has an apartment vibe And not a hotel vibe. The carpet in the bedroom had lots of stains should be replaced or at least cleaned.The employees were very friendly and helpful. Great location to walk to the restaurants, old town and the mall. Overall we were pleased with our stay."

"The only issue was there was construction outside that woke me up at 5 AM on both mornings, but the staff was very accommodating and the dining options were amazing. I loved it and I will stay there again! "

"We loved the location! Literally just steps to Old Town. The property is undergoing a wonderful renovation. The pool bar wasn't open when we stayed (Sun & Monday) but that didn't keep us from enjoying the very nice pool."
