That information should have already been passed on at the beginning of her shift. Other than that 6.5 out of 10"

"The staff here was extremely friendly and efficient. The hotel is older, yet not to the point that it's dated. The location is within 20 minutes to almost anything New Orleans related and walking distance to 24 hour eateries. Parking was easy and almost every spot is a "good spot" to get inside the hotel."

"The shuttle driver was awesome. She made sure we were taken care of really appreciated it front desk. Staff was nice and very helpful as well."
