"If you dislike being trapped in a hotel room, then this is the place for you. Self catering but with the enhanced security of being in a supervised complex. Plenty of parking for a vehicle. The staff were outstandingly good. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all deserve a mention for their efficiency, courteousness and politeness. No complaints at all. "It’s sold as it is in Madrid snd close to the airport BUT IT IS NOT IN MADRID AND IT IS NOT CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT. It is in ALCALA DE HENARES which is a very nice town anyway. "

"Because the room we booked was for 3 people, but the one they gave us was set up for 2, and they added an extra bed in a very small space. Additionally, there was a very bad smell in the bathroom, likely from the plumbing, and the blankets and pillows were dirty."

"Loud. Loud. Loud. Other guests had a party in the LOBBY of the hotel until 3:00am and the staff did nothing to make any other guests comfortable. It's not a hotel for tourists, it's a party hall for locals. We only stayed one night."
