"Do not stay at this place. They have staff everywhere but will not help you. You can’t get ice. They have a bar and a restaurant on site and do not open. People waited 40 minutes in the lobby for them to come downstairs and get people ice. They didn’t want people in the lobby. It is a terrible hotel."

"The staff was just rude! Our refrigerator was hot and the staff did not believe us. We asked them to come and check for themselves. They acted as if we were too much trouble. We were not allowed to use their ice machine to fill our cooler. The manager was called and he was not any better.
