"We have stayed at other hotels by heathrow and we like this one the best. Much better than the ibis in my opinion. Very nice hotel with a decent restaurant. Bus to lhr is right outside the property. We will stay at this hotel again when we are in England."

"A great place to rest your head if you have an overnight layover. Rooms are spacious and clean and it’s a very short walk from terminal 5. The food in the bar area is ok, we didnt try the two restaurants but they looked good. The bar staff were really friendly and let us order dessert from one of the restaurants when they overheard us talking about it. It would be nice if the pool was accessible after 9pm, for those arriving from long haul flights. The ease of walking off a plane and getting your room in 15 minutes is worth every penny."
