"Check-in time showed 3:00 pm but we did nto get out room until after 5:00 becasue it was not ready. It was the middle of the week, not a weekend, so totally not expected. Had to go to the deks to ask if room was ready at 5:00 and it was not. They ended up giving us another room besides the one we booked. Got in room at 5:30. Makes for a long day when you are already waiting due to an ealy flight arrival."

"Honestly… disappointed. Bedrooms was nice and beds were comfy. Location is excellent. You can walk right out to Riverwalk. Carpet wasn’t clean in the living area and bathroom is worn, dingy, stained and tub had mildew. Mirrors and faucet were stained and dingy. Cabinet containing fridge was broken. There was no sheer privacy curtain in window, only black out drape, and the bathroom doors were broken and had to be forced closed. Bathroom is worse than a very basic hotel bathroom. "We didn’t have a great experience unfortunately.
Our air didn’t work well the first night then on the second day it went out while we were away.
Got back to the hotel at 11:00pm and asked for help, they came up and “fixed” the air just for it to stop working again almost immediately.
They said they would switch our rooms and they had forgotten about us for about 30min.
When we got to the other room it was great until it started raining and there was a leak it the ceiling.
The pool is great...

"This is our second stay here. Loved the place the first time we stayed. So of course we had to stay again. And just as expected, it was another wonderful stay. That signature scent as soon as you walk in to welcome you. Lobby staff excellent. Bartenders excellent. Restaurant staff excellent. And cleaning staff excellent. We will probably make this our place everytime we go to the riverwalk."
