"The room was fabulous! My only complaint would be the parking situation. My car was 1 inch too big to park at the hotel carousel, so we had to park at a nearby parking garage. That ended up being very expensive!! And I was afraid to walk back to the hotel from the parking garage by myself in the dark. "

Rooms superb condition, Air condition good their is poor television selection no streaming available wifi requirements far too extensive requesting personal information highly inappropriate. Traffic areas in hallways carpets neglected nasty long term stains carpets need hot water extraction cleaning in rooms too"

"The breakfast here was amazing! The afternoon wine and cheese was lovely as were the staff serving it. The location was great with easy walking distance to the water. Parking was slightly confusing upon arrival, so watch closely for the sign to valet right next to the building. You pull your vehicle into a very narrow alleyway but if there’s another car there, you have to wait on the street until it’s moved."

"The front desk staff were really nice. I appreciated the warm welcome and smiles. The parking attendant was very helpful. The room was fairly clean. The conditioner was completely out in the shower. The ac didn’t seem to cool off to the temp we wanted. When I went down to the front around 9 pm after a long day at the hospital I was alarmed to hear that another customer had bed bugs in the room. Being unsettled I checked my bed and didn’t see anything but didn’t know what to look for. I could not...

"Don't stay here, we had issues with Wifi in the room the entire time, were told every day and night that it would be fixed soon, it never was. They could have moved us to a room with better Wifi but did not give us that option. Also there seemed to be zero communication of the issue from shift to shift, so every time we brought up the issue it was a surprise to the next person and we had to start the process over again. "This is an older hotel, however it is very well maintained and the rooms and baths are modern. It has a charming atmosphere and a beautiful court yard area with lots of seating. Each floor had a station with a coffee maker, ice, fresh fruit and bottled water for your convenience. The hotel is also centrally located. I would recommend the Emeline!"
