"Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned as there were big stains. Carpet in hallways also looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Tiles/flooring in elevators were severely cracked and needed to be replaced. Also upon arrival, entering the lobby to check in, it was very warm. You could tell there was no air conditioning in that area, perhaps it was broken or hotel trying to save money but temp levels were warmer than outdoors "

"The room was clean. The bathroom needed the most work. The drain in the tub did not work properly. The curtain was short and flimsy…. And frayed. It did not keep the water in at all. So then the floor was soaked. Overall the condition was just average. Average breakfast. It was okay. Just not great. "

"Room was clean and smelled fresh. I was on the 3rd floor and it was quiet. I slept well in the dark room thanks to the blackout curtains. I'm a travel nurse and will be staying here a lot during my 3 months contract at UAB St. Vincent’s. Shopping is very convenient as well."
