"Habitación de excelente tamaño y limpia, personal amable que habla inglés y español, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. Desayuno solo para algo como emergencia ya que no había muchas opciones. La alberca fuera de uso. En general muy bien. La ubicación es excelente!!"

"Breakfast menu was unparalleled. So many options on the buffet, all delicious, and the menu items are prepared to perfection.
The staff is warm, attentive and kind.
The property is beautiful, with superb design and attention to details, surrounded in lush greenery.
The pool area is so luxurious, we didn't want to leave it.
I would heartily recommend."

"Very disappointed. The property itself is nice. The rooms have spider webs. The hot water is hit and miss. Some days you get it and other days you don't. Breakfast is skimpy at best.
There are 80 steps I had to take with two 20 kg bags. That is just insane. They don't tell you that at the time of booking. Also, the description of the Azul room is incorrect on Expedia. This room is NOT 568 square feet. Expedia shows free breakfast but the hotel wants to charge you for breakfast.
