"The place was great. Stayed here for a local family reunion. Would recommend. Desk Staff was very helpful when it came to check in, as I had an issue with my booking (my bad i booked the wrong month!). But she was very professional, understanding, and helpful to the situation. I was able to rebook, luckily they were not full to capacity. And I got a refund for the original booking a few days later. The breakfast selection was good. 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate station. "The staff were incredibly nice. They went above and beyond to connect with me and my kiddo. We were traveling solo and she even gave me tips for staying safe with not sharing my room number out loud at the front desk. Very sweet! The eggs l had were a little iffy smelling but I have chickens at home so maybe I’m just not used to store bought eggs so I stayed away from those but the blueberry waffles were delicious. I would definitely come back. Thanks!"

"The room was clean and the staff was nice. However, they need to update their list of amenities and omit a coffee maker in the room. There was no coffee maker in the room. I tried to call the front desk to tell them it was missing, but the room phone didn't work. I had to go back down to the front desk and was told you have to go to the lobby to get coffee. This was very disappointing as one of my "must haves" when selecting a hotel room is a coffee maker in the room. It's a nice hotel...

"Evening staff when we went to check in was unhelpful to the process. I booked 2 rooms with 2 queens. They changed one of our rooms to a king and made to call management to fix and change it back, second room information was never updated, told the other party members who arrived hours before myself that their room doesn't exist. Had to spend an hour on the phone trying to fix the problem and $900 extra dollars on booking a new hotel for the rest of out party because they were sold out. Left...

"Writing the review with the understanding this is a budget motel. It had a good customer rating so I thought I'd try it. Location is in a fairly run-down area right off the interstate exit. Lobby is very small, front desk window is thick plexiglass with a tiny hole to stick your card under, like a sketchy convenience store. Doesn't give a great first impression. Room had a damp smell but had been updated recently. The sheets were clean, however there was hair present in the shower and dirt/dust...
