"Good location and wifi. The rooms do not come with hairdryers, you would need to pay 100 DDK to buy a hairdryer. They only clean the rooms when you tell them the night before at 10pm. We arrived past midnight the night before and left early in the morning, so was not made aware. Also, we were often out early in the morning and arrived past 10pm. They were incredibly inflexible despite requesting politely. They charge to store luggage as well, whilst most hotels usually offer for free. Rooms...

"Lucky we asked to print the final bill. It showed the charged us double for the third person. However after we asked the staff to look and check it again, he finally refunded it to us. This was something that we did not want to argue during our vacation. Other than this issue and internet down so we had to wait quite long to check in, everything was fine and breakfast was great."
