We flew for more than 10 hours and finally arrived in this hotel. We were given the room with two bunk beds. I remember I reserved and paid for one full bed and one bunk bed. Since there is no phone in the room, we have to go back to the front desk to ask about the reason. They found out that in Expedia it was reserved as one full bed and one bunk bed. However, it was showed in their system that only two bunk beds room was reserved. They guess there must be glitch between the two systems, which the hotel and Expedia need to solve. Unfortunately, there is no room with full bed available that day. So we agree to keep the current room. Hotel is good to give us two days breakfast and some shampoo, conditioner as compensation. At least, it makes us feel better after long flight. However, we still hope Expedia can follow up on this issue. It did bring inconvenience for us.
