We had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. The room did get very warm (even with the radiators offf in December) but the windows opened, so we could cool it easily. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a range of fresh and healthy food. We enjoyed cosy hour between 5 - 6pm, where the hotel provides a complimentary wine/beer/non alcoholic drink in the bar/lounge area. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect canal side position. Tea/coffee facility in lovely common room. You feel a link to its history as Seaman’s Hostel. Rooms are small but sufficient. If you are sensitive to street noise (not cars or music, but people talking in street and happy voices from cafes across canal)maybe don’t ask for a canal view room. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful, clean room, seriously comfy bed with great duvet, pillows & linen. Nice views, quiet, good internet, lovely common spaces. Nice breakfast in restaurant. Helpful staff and a really warm welcome. Would definitely stay again :)

Great atmosphere, warm and friendly staff, stylish and colourful interior design, excellent food and drinks…we loved our stay at the hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was amazing:- spacious, well equipped, full of character and great views of the canal. A great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Loved the location- a pretty canal side street that’s a short walk to many of the sights and metro station. The social meal in the evening was a highlight and very reasonable price...

In the kitchen, there was a bag contained a small washing liquid, a tea towel, a sponge ,a washing clothe. We were really happy to see them.(Some property we need to buy or take them) and plenty of pots and pans. We had a slight struggle to work out how to use the oven/microwave oven. So it would be nice to have an instruction manual or something. The room was really clean. The bed was right firmness and there were two single duvets! The water pressure in the shower was great. Stunning hotel. Perfectly situated near canals and a short walk into the old town. Lovely room. Hotel is stylishly designed throughout. Great reception area to sit in. The restaurant served really good food. Great breakfasts. Nice bar. And every member of staff was so helpful and pleasant. I've been lucky enough to stay in many of the world's nicest hotels over the years. This is right up there with the best.

This place was an incredible experience! The staff were so lovely and welcoming. It was a 5 star rating for a REASON because everything was exceptional. Honestly will be coming back again soon. The restaurant was amazing and the food was very very good.

Brilliant accommodation and a really good breakfast.The bed was very comfy and the metro station was only a very short walk from the hotel.

Comfortable, clean, super functional and well-designed little flats in ultra-convenient central location. Choosing this over a regular hotel going forward.

This hotel was truly wonderful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was so comfortable and the shower was amazing (Like a spa, with powerful hot water). The robe was super soft and fleecy rather than the usual rough toweling. We did not try the breakfast or bar, but the areas looked delightful. I will definitely return to find out more on my next trip to Copenhagen. I don't want to stay anywhere else now 😊

The staff were wonderful, yeh room well taken care of and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was considered, the atmosphere of the hotel was lovely. The room was clean everything worked without issue. We will absolutely be returning.

Not clean on the inward facing rooms, too dark. Excellent hotel, great breakfast too. Greg
