"The room was lovely and well equipped. I stayed there while taking part in a marathon, and the location was very convenient, as it was just a few minutes’ walk from Fælledparken, which is also lovely to explore. Communication through the app was good as well.
However, I did notice the lack of staff, although I understand this is part of the hotel’s concept. Some guests were noisy throughout my stay, even past the quiet hours. I reported this via the app, but the only solution offered was to send a message to the guests. Unfortunately, I wasn’t sure which room the noise was coming from, as it seemed to be somewhere above me.
The bed in my room also had a broken part (not structural), which I accidentally knocked and then had to fix myself. Despite these issues, I still enjoyed my stay overall. The bed was comfortable, and the location is very close to both the metro and a supermarket."
