"The location is good, but it is a very crowded hotel and not sufficient people to serve that many guests. The lobby is always busy. Besides the system to take a number for everything is very inefficient. You have to take a number even to buy a coffee even when nobody is buying coffee"
"Property very close to station & shops so easily walkable. Property is older & repurposed into very small basic units. Ok for overnight stay but limited space & facilities in the bedroom makes it challenging to move around & unpacking suitcases etc. Bathrooms were so small & basic that it was challenging in itself, especially trying to use the shower. Rooms were clean & tidy. Staff friendly & helpful. Rather pricey for such small & basic accommodation."
"Nice and helpful staff. My only issue with my stay was that it was very noisy outside and in the other hotel building in the night and early morning around 5 a.m. with motorbikes arriving or departing and young people singing and talking loudly .
Practical that it’s close to the air port. No complaints about the room except difficult to open the window completely due to the child protection . There’s no air condition in the rooms. Good place to stay for the price you pay."
"Lucky we asked to print the final bill. It showed the charged us double for the third person. However after we asked the staff to look and check it again, he finally refunded it to us. This was something that we did not want to argue during our vacation. Other than this issue and internet down so we had to wait quite long to check in, everything was fine and breakfast was great."
