"There was very little we liked about the help we received from the person at the front desk. They advertised they had a shuttle to and from Naples airport. There was not a shuttle. We had to take a taxi for 100 euros each way to get to hotel Zeus and back to the airport. When we arrived at the airport we called the hotel for the shuttle and was told the driver would call us to set up a pick. About 45 minutes later we gave up waiting and took a taxi for 100 euros. "Overall phenomenal hotel. Great breakfast and shuttle service. Only downside was property did not reach out before stay to coordinate shuttle pick up or explain how to get to hotel as it’s difficult roads there. Other than that we loved the place and would definitely go back. "

The rooms are so clean and just nice and the views, you can't beat it. This is family run and they are all great! Praiano is about a 10 min walk but not bad and they also will drive you there.
